We unfortunately ended up with an attorney who was difficult to reach and seemed more focused on closing the deal than advocating for us. If possible, find an attorney who specializes exclusively in real estate. If you notice red flags early on, don't ignore them. Looking back, we wish we had used the attorney Kim recommended. There were several situations during attorney review where Kim explained exactly how her attorney would have handled things, and it became clear how much better that experience could have been. Thankfully, Kim helped clarify confusing situations and even helped us navigate issues created by our attorney. We joked more than once that we wished she had been our attorney too because she knew our rights so well and always fought for our best interests. We also had the pleasure of working with Kim's associate, Melissa Dilone, who showed us what would eventually become our dream home. Melissa was an absolute joy to work with—kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Together, Kim and Melissa made an incredible team.
